PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We may substitute comparable products if certain items are unavailable at the time of your event. Prices and availability are subject to change due to market fluctuations and seasonal variations. We assure you of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and cuisine, and we appreciate your understanding. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
ADVANCED NOTICE
For smooth catering service, we suggest ordering as early as possible. We strive to accommodate all requests, but please provide at least seven days' notice for deliveries. Large groups may need more time; contact us for details. Last-minute arrangements are subject to availability and at our discretion, with potential additional fees.
GUARANTEED MINIMUM
The fees and pricing provided are estimates based on the guaranteed minimum guest count and time duration specified by the client. If more guests are served or additional time is required beyond the estimated duration, FG reserves the right to charge for the extra food, drink, labor, and services provided. Conversely, if fewer guests attend or less time is needed, the caterer will still be compensated according to the guaranteed minimum guest count and time duration.
SERVICE TYPES
DROP AND GO: Our Catering staff delivers your order to your specified room, and the rest is up to you. Disposable utensils and containers are provided for an extra cost.
BUFFET SELF-SERVE: China service ware, silverware, and glassware are provided, with linens available for an additional fee. Our staff sets up your event for self-service; service staff can be provided at an extra charge if required.
GRATUITY AND TAX
All food and beverage prices are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and is optional.
DEPOSIT
A 50% initial deposit of the total costs is required to secure the catering for your event. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the planned date, a full deposit refund will be issued. Cancellations made between 14 to 29 days before the event will receive a 50% deposit refund. However, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, no deposit refund will be provided.
PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS
The remaining balance of the quoted total price must be paid Before or on the day of the event at delivery.
Any added costs due to higher than minimum guaranteed guest counts, extra services or additional duration of services will be billed to the client and must be paid within 24 hours from the day of the event
If payment is not received according to the terms of this contract, the caterer reserves the right to charge an additional fair late fee.
We accept Zelle, check, debit & credit card, CashApp
